Alternative Payment Methods
- 1) Advance payment by bank transfer. We will ship your order once your payment has been received in our bank account. Please put your invoice number as the reference so we can link payments to the correct order.
- 2) Email link via worldly will be sent whereby you can use a debit/credit card of your choice.
UK Mainland delivery from £9, Pallet £60, dependant on quantity/items ordered.
Outside mainland UK please request a quote.
Lead time – This is dependant on the goods ordered. Some smaller items can be available on a 1-2 days delivery, however most cash drawers are made to order therefore can take 4-6weeks for delivery if not instock.
All deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
If delivery is visibly damaged on arrival you must sign for them as ‘damaged’.
If you are unable to check the contents of a delivery you need to sign as ‘unchecked’.
Delivery date/times are an indication of an estimated delivery, but shall not be a contractual obligation to deliver at the stated.
No liability for consequential loss or damage arising from delay will be accepted by Sonic.
Please contact Sonic for a returns number, stating serial numbers, invoice details, details of faults.
Under no circumstance will goods, which have been misused, damaged or defaced, be accepted for credit.
On receiving your purchase, if it is non-functional we will replace your item free of charge (standard lead time applies).
You have 3 working days to report faults.
Right to Cancel – In line with the distance selling regulations 2000, you are required to send notice to cancel in writing within 7 days of order.
Business to business transactions are not covered under the distance selling regulations.
